No.1: Renewing Accelerator preps the hair for best treatment results No.2: Shine Rejuvenating Emollient Oil and Amino-PCA complex intensely boost shine and hydration No.3: Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid and Hydroxyethylcellulose smooth out the cuticle to help evenly distribute No.4. No.4: Surface Sealing Technology enhances hair’s manageability and effectively locks in treatment No.5: Shine Rejuvenating Emollient Oil, AminoPCA complex, and Surface Sealing Technology refresh & prolong results Treatment includes a Five week take home, weekly booster. Use in conjunction with the Reawaken home care collection. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy I truly appreciate each of my clients and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Thank you for respecting and understanding my cancellation policy. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service cost, which is non-refundable. If you cancel and do not rebook within 48 hours of your original appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited. If you’re unable to attend, please consider finding a friend or loved one to take your appointment so your investment doesn’t go to waste. Because I take time to care for every client individually, there may be rare occasions when I run a few minutes behind schedule. I appreciate your patience and understanding when this happens. Please note that I am the only person operating this business. I do not have a receptionist or a waiting area, so your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my schedule and other clients, please review the following policies: Grace Period: There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If I am running slightly behind, please know that it is only on rare occasions and that I am giving the same attention and care to the client before you that I will give to you. Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your appointment before the 15-minute grace period has ended, you will be charged the full appointment fee. This policy ensures fairness and helps me manage my time effectively. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service cannot be performed and you will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.
