Cancellation & No-Show Policy I truly appreciate each of my clients and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Thank you for respecting and understanding my cancellation policy. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service cost, which is non-refundable. If you cancel and do not rebook within 48 hours of your original appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited. If you’re unable to attend, please consider finding a friend or loved one to take your appointment so your investment doesn’t go to waste. Please note that I am the only person operating this business. I do not have a receptionist or a waiting area, so your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my schedule and other clients, please review the following policies: Grace Period: There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If I am running slightly behind, please know that it is only on rare occasions and that I am giving the same attention and care to the client before you that I will give to you. Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your appointment before the 15-minute grace period has ended, you will be charged the full appointment fee. This policy ensures fairness and helps me manage my time effectively. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service cannot be performed and you will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment. This helps maintain the schedule and ensures every client receives their full, dedicated time and care.
