Scalp analysis Before & After, Relaxing Halo Water Ring, Warming eye mask, Deep scalp massage, Double clarifying shampoo, Scalp exfoliation with Milbon Scalp Cleanse Gel , Nano Steam Hydrating mist with cap, Hydrating Treatment Hair Mask, Hand massage & Professional Blow-Out. *Extra time in the duration is used for Analysis, Blow Drying and getting to know each other*There will be an extra $15 product charge at time of check out for my extra long/extra thick haired clients - you know who you are =) Please take a moment to read your Confirmation and Reminder email the day before your appointment for instructions on how to proceed with the arrival of your appointment. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy I truly appreciate each of my clients and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Thank you for respecting and understanding my cancellation policy. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service cost, which is non-refundable. If you cancel and do not rebook within 48 hours of your original appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited. If you’re unable to attend, please consider finding a friend or loved one to take your appointment so your investment doesn’t go to waste. Please note that I am the only person operating this business. I do not have a receptionist or a waiting area, so your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my schedule and other clients, please review the following policies: Grace Period: There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If I am running slightly behind, please know that it is only on rare occasions and that I am giving the same attention and care to the client before you that I will give to you. Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your appointment before the 15-minute grace period has ended, you will be charged the full appointment fee. This policy ensures fairness and helps me manage my time effectively. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service cannot be performed and you will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.
